  • During a session, you'll remain fully clothed and comfortably lie on a massage table, usually under a sheet or blanket. The practitioner lightly places their hands above key areas along the body's energy centers or where there may be discomfort. The session is peaceful, focusing on balancing energy flow to support overall well-being.

  • The number of sessions varies based on your individual needs and goals. Some people feel significant benefits after one session, while others may choose to come regularly to support ongoing wellness. 3 sessions no more than two weeks apart are recommended to experience extended benefits. We can discuss a plan that fits your personal healing journey.

  • Reiki is a safe and gentle practice with no known contraindications. It complements other treatments and is suitable for people of all ages and health conditions. However, it is always important to inform your practitioner of any specific concerns before your session.
