If you are a new patient you can download our New Patient Intake Form here, fill it out and bring it in. This will help us get to know you better and save you time during your visit.

PARKING

We provide free patient parking in our lot off of Narragansett Ave. (not in the alleyway). Once you park, you will need to text your license plate number or a photo of your license plate to Air Garage at (619) 648-2637. The front desk will then provide you with the validation code.

PLEASE NOTE:

AcuSport Health Center has a 24 hour cancellation policy. A charge of 50% of the treatment price will apply for missed appointments or those cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

All acupuncture appointments are 60 minutes or more, as needed
